Manage end-to-end implementations of PerfectServe clinical communication and scheduling software for ambulatory and enterprise healthcare clients. Lead planning, staffing, execution, budget and risk control, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and transition to account management to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.

Own the lifecycle from marketing-accepted lead to demo request by designing and running nurture and ABM programs. Build segmentation, scoring, email deliverability, and multi-channel account plays; coordinate with sales, revenue operations, and content. Measure MAL-to-demo conversion, optimize funnels, and use intent data and AI agents to scale execution and improve conversion.

Manage rolling forecast and annual operating plan, produce monthly/quarterly financial packages and SaaS KPI reporting, own ARR tracking and variance analysis, automate reporting, partner with functional leaders on headcount/quota modeling, and support strategic modeling, M&A diligence, and ASC 606 revenue reporting.

Execute manual and automated tests, document defects, write automation scripts and API tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, manage test plans and QA environments, ensure HIPAA test coverage, and collaborate with developers and product teams to maintain product quality.

The Director of Product Management - AI will own the vision and lifecycle of the AI answering service platform, translating business objectives into a product roadmap, leading customer discovery, and ensuring alignment with healthcare needs.

Deploy and optimize PerfectServe's AI voice agent for customers: configure rollouts, build evaluation suites, tune prompts, reduce latency and inference cost, ensure PHI/security compliance, run model benchmarking and observability, debug production issues, and automate onboarding with Product and Customer Success.

Lead FP&A activities including owning the rolling forecast, quarterly reforecasts, and annual operating plan. Produce monthly/quarterly financial packages and SaaS KPI reporting (ARR, NRR, bookings, churn). Maintain customer-level ARR, perform variance analysis, automate reporting, partner with department leaders on headcount and budgeting, and run scenario/sensitivity models to support strategic decisions and investor materials. Assist with ASC 606 revenue reporting as needed.
