Support OPERS' CISO to design and implement an Information Security Program and Security Awareness and Training Program; reorganize and align policies to NIST CSF; create policies, standards, procedures; conduct third-party and software development security assessments; establish policy exception and risk acceptance processes; develop and deliver role-based training and materials. Work completed on-site in Tigard, OR.

Provide IT project governance and oversight from request through closeout. Validate project status and deliverables, ensure compliance with policies, review project documentation, mentor and train project managers, liaison with IT management and steering committees, monitor portfolio risks and progress, and update governance policies and procedures.

Lead design-focused system analyst responsible for defining design standards and UI patterns, creating navigation flows, mockups and prototypes, researching design trends, delivering projects on time and mentoring the design team on usability and coding standards.
