Provide IT project governance and oversight from request through closeout. Validate project status and deliverables, ensure compliance with policies, review project documentation, mentor and train project managers, liaison with IT management and steering committees, monitor portfolio risks and progress, and update governance policies and procedures.

Lead design-focused system analyst responsible for defining design standards and UI patterns, creating navigation flows, mockups and prototypes, researching design trends, delivering projects on time and mentoring the design team on usability and coding standards.

Provide first-line technical support via phone: answer inquiries, resolve issues (passwords, account info, browser/Adobe/connection problems), create knowledge articles, log calls in CRM, use IVR/ACD, and meet team targets.
