Launch and grow Perfect Venue’s marketplace by sourcing event planner clients, managing inbound inquiries, guiding bookings, supporting event execution, coordinating with venues, and building repeat relationships. The role also includes creating marketing initiatives, curating accurate marketplace listings, and recommending product improvements. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, organized, experienced in outbound sales and event planning, and passionate about hospitality and memorable experiences.

Build and customize AI features for restaurants and venues, working directly with customers to identify gaps, drive adoption, and improve outcomes. Translate recurring customer needs into core product improvements, write evaluations, and collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and engineering. The role requires strong technical skills, customer engagement, experience building AI-powered products, familiarity with LLM observability tools, and comfort working in an early-stage startup.

Own Perfect Venue’s marketing strategy and pipeline generation across demand generation, lifecycle campaigns, content, SEO, brand, social, partnerships, and events. Manage agencies, budgets, HubSpot segmentation and automation, attribution, reporting, and marketing analytics. Collaborate closely with sales and account management to drive qualified pipeline, conversions, retention, and expansion. This is a hands-on, fully onsite San Francisco role requiring strong analytical judgment and early-stage startup GTM experience.
