Develop and enhance a real estate software application using .NET Core, Razor Pages, front-end technologies, and APIs. Design responsive user interfaces, create mockups and design standards, build new features, improve user experience, and contribute to future-state architecture. Collaborate with an Agile team, gather requirements, recommend solutions, write and test code, and support AI-based functionality.

The Implementation Consultant/Analyst will work with clients to configure the Pereview platform, validate data, and ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities include data management, project tracking, and documentation of configurations.

As an AI Engineer at Pereview Software, you will design and enhance AI applications, manage data extraction workflows, and integrate AI technologies to improve business operations in commercial real estate.

Develop and maintain BI and reporting solutions (SSRS, Power BI, HighCharts). Translate business requirements into technical specs, write complex T-SQL/stored procedures, resolve data issues, support client data reconciliation, and participate in requirements and development sessions.
