Build and own frontend applications for DeFi products using Next.js and TypeScript. Develop reusable component libraries and design systems, integrate Solana programs and wallet infrastructure, and translate complex financial concepts into accessible interfaces. Own performance, reliability, observability, testing, analytics, and end-to-end feature delivery while collaborating with protocol engineers, designers, and product teams.

Legal & Regulatory Counsel will manage regulatory risks, optimize entity structure, create compliance processes, and support fundraising from a legal perspective.

Lead the growth of the Perenimals IP: set content and channel strategy, define growth metrics, prioritize workstreams, manage a junior social lead and artist, create briefs and a content calendar, and pursue creator/brand/game collaborations and licensing while embedding the IP authentically in communities.

Lead growth campaigns, develop brand narratives, manage the marketing team, and drive user communication for Perena's products and ecosystem.

Design and implement secure flow-of-funds, custody, and settlement systems for a Solana-native yield-bearing stablecoin. Build on-chain minting/redemption, integrations with DEXs, lending markets, custodians, and bridges; develop institutional-grade key management and failure-handling for cross-chain and off-chain settlement.
