The Major Gifts Officer cultivates, solicits, and stewards high-net-worth donors, securing five- and six-figure gifts for PAC NYC’s operations, programming, and special events. Responsibilities include managing donor portfolios, developing personalized cultivation strategies, preparing proposals and gift agreements, coordinating donor benefits, maintaining CRM records, reporting on solicitations, and supporting leadership with donor engagement. The role partners across Development, Artistic, and Executive teams and participates in fundraising campaigns and events.

Creates and manages print and digital design projects for marketing, advertising, programming, fundraising, and institutional campaigns. Responsibilities include developing concepts through final production, collaborating with stakeholders, managing creative workflows and project files, maintaining brand continuity, and preparing materials for print and digital use. The role requires strong design, communication, organization, pre-press production, and Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, with video editing and illustration as preferred skills.

Provides administrative, creative, and logistical support for performing arts productions, programs, artist development, residencies, rehearsals, and events. Coordinates schedules and cross-department communication, conducts artist and production research, assists with budgets and production administration, attends project activities, and line produces assigned programs from planning through execution. Supports equitable producing practices and artist care while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
