Provides strategic and hands-on human resources support to an HR Director and senior leadership. Responsibilities include employee relations, union and non-union workforce guidance, compliance, policy and handbook development, organizational change, benefits support, volunteer program guidance, HR process improvement, and Board reporting. The consultant will mentor the HR Director, develop sustainable HR tools and frameworks, and advise on sensitive organizational and employee matters, particularly under Washington State employment practices.

Manage cleaning and contracted service projects on active construction sites and in critical environments. Supervise crews, coordinate daily production, communicate with contractors and vendors, maintain schedules and reports, conduct inspections, enforce OSHA and site safety requirements, manage supplies and equipment, train employees, resolve project issues, and support budgeting and cost control. The role includes hands-on field work, blueprint interpretation, and travel between project locations.

The Accounts Payable Specialist manages the AP cycle, processes invoices, schedules payments, audits expense reports, and assists with month-end close tasks.
