The Accounts Payable Specialist manages the AP cycle, processes invoices, schedules payments, audits expense reports, and assists with month-end close tasks.

Provide front-desk and patient administrative support for a specialty medical practice: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, check patients in, maintain EMR and scheduling records, and support general office duties to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

The Collector III will manage complex insurance and patient accounts, analyze claims, initiate appeals, communicate with stakeholders, and support team training. Responsibilities also include identifying process improvements and meeting productivity standards.
