Percona Benefits Overview

Lead Percona’s global channels and alliances strategy across hyperscalers, VARs, and systems integrators. Build partner programs, manage AWS marketplace and co-sell initiatives, expand regional partnerships, establish deal registration and attribution processes, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. The role requires cross-functional leadership across sales, services, finance, legal, marketing, product, and engineering, with a focus on measurable partner productivity and scalable operating foundations.

Own go-to-market strategy and product marketing for Percona’s Cloud Native database products, including Kubernetes Operators for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Responsibilities include positioning, messaging, product launches, content creation, sales enablement, community and partner engagement, customer research, competitive analysis, roadmap input, audience segmentation, campaign analysis, and demand-generation optimization.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, database integrations, and distributed components for Percona’s open-source monitoring and management platform. Work with Go, observability technologies, cloud-native infrastructure, automated testing, CI/CD, and databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Own features from design through delivery, participate in architecture reviews, improve developer productivity, and explore AI-assisted engineering and observability workflows.
