Lead portfolio-level technical program execution across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Go-To-Market teams. Build integrated delivery plans, manage cross-initiative dependencies, establish executive reporting, surface risks, translate strategy into executable plans, and improve organizational execution rigor. The role requires strong technical fluency, experience with complex SaaS initiatives, and the ability to coordinate high-impact programs with significant technical dependencies and executive visibility.

Own product and customer launch programs for a B2B real estate software platform. Develop positioning, messaging, release assets, MLS conversion communications, adoption campaigns, and customer enablement materials. Coordinate Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and MLS stakeholders while managing launch calendars and post-launch analysis. Build AI-powered templates and workflows to improve marketing velocity and consistency.

Own end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects, coordinating Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. Manage planning, dependencies, risks, change management, executive relationships, stakeholder communication, and customer transitions. Translate technical requirements into business value, resolve cross-functional challenges, establish implementation processes, and drive customer satisfaction. The role is based in a SoHo, NYC office four days per week and requires 10–30% annual travel.
