Lead product-focused data initiatives: extract, analyze, and present data from cloud systems and sensors; build dashboards and automated reports; provide insights on customer behavior and product metrics; define data strategy and best practices across teams.

Lead and operate the end-to-end customer support organization for drone systems, managing Level 3 engineers and an outsourced Level 1/2 partner. Own KPIs, SLAs, escalations, support automation/AI roadmap, quality audits, staffing, on-call coverage, vendor contracts, and knowledgebase documentation. Act as primary escalation for critical technical incidents and collaborate cross-functionally with Field Ops, R&D, Product, Commercial, and Safety.

Lead Midland site operations and facility ownership, manage and develop technical field teams, enforce safety/OSHA standards, oversee equipment lifecycle and workshop execution, support deployments and escalations, and coordinate with HQ and cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption of drone inspection systems. Lead technical demonstrations, troubleshoot integrations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, support POCs and sales, track utilization and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale deployments.
