Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, ensure observability, compliance, and safety, and translate clinical workflows into validated, production-grade AI systems.

Provide nursing care and coordination for clinical imaging and experimental medicine studies: participant assessments, drug administration, cannulation, sample processing, study documentation, QC, and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP). Support study setup, monitoring visits, and maintain training, emergency competency, and participant safety.

Support clinical imaging activities for multi-center trials: author and review imaging and project documents, prepare and deliver trainings, support application requirements and UAT, select and monitor independent reviewers, perform QC and identify non-conformances, participate in client meetings, and communicate risks and mitigation to stakeholders.

Provide on-call and night-shift engineering support, manage spare parts inventory, ensure radiation protection and regulatory compliance, maintain documentation and SOPs, and support continuous technical improvement and training.

Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for batch and streaming workloads supporting analytics and AI/ML in clinical research. Implement ETL/ELT, data modelling, metadata, governance, quality checks, observability, and security to ensure compliant, high-performance data flows.
