Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy with emphasis on outbound sourcing of passive/latent technical talent. Build pipelines, evaluate candidates, run selection and onboarding, guide the recruiting team, and develop new TA strategies.

Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress sites and landing pages; create HTML email templates; integrate lead forms with Salesforce/Pardot/HubSpot; implement GA4/GTM tracking; convert Figma/Adobe XD designs to responsive, SEO-friendly pages; ensure site security, performance, and plugin maintenance.
