Remote sales and business development internship focused on outbound sales (researching prospects, outreach, meetings, presentations) and business development (market research, partner search). Requires exceptional English, strong communication, self-motivation, and interest in a hunting-style sales role. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy with emphasis on outbound sourcing of passive/latent technical talent. Build pipelines, evaluate candidates, run selection and onboarding, guide the recruiting team, and develop new TA strategies.

Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing outbound and inbound candidates, evaluating candidate fit, assisting with job descriptions and postings, coordinating interviews, and contributing to team meetings and recruitment strategy.
