Teams at PepsiCo

Entry-level retail merchandising role that resets shelves, coolers, and gondolas to PepsiCo planograms in small accounts. Tasks include stocking, back-room organization, POS utilization, customer service, and occasional deliveries. Requires physical lifting, bending, and use of material-handling equipment; may require driving between stores.

Count and certify palletized loads and truck inventory for outbound distribution, maintain accurate records and checklists, operate forklift if applicable, perform physical lifting and trailer climbing, coordinate picker/loader teams, and uphold warehouse safety and process-control standards.

Serve as primary store-level salesperson for small-format accounts (convenience, gas, small grocery, drug stores, restaurants). Generate sales, stock and merchandize products and displays, service up to 100 accounts weekly, build promotional displays, meet financial targets, use company tech, lift 20-45 lb cases, follow safety procedures, and complete background checks and drug screening.
