Learns and performs route delivery driver duties, including safely operating delivery trucks, completing DOT inspections, unloading and merchandising beverage products, obtaining customer documentation, managing product returns, and following company, state, federal, DOT, and FMCSA regulations. The role requires customer service, communication, organization, basic math, and the ability to meet driving and physical requirements.

Delivers and merchandises Pepsi beverages along assigned routes. Responsibilities include driving a delivery truck, stocking and rotating products, setting up displays and coolers, placing orders, processing invoices, executing promotions, servicing customers, verifying inventory and payments, and maintaining organized sales areas. The role requires physical labor, customer communication, basic financial calculations, adherence to driving qualifications, and schedule flexibility.

Manages food service equipment delivery, installation, repair, inventory, and parts across an assigned territory. Oversees equipment schedulers and administrative support, ensuring customer service metrics, productivity, quality, staffing, payroll, and labor costs meet goals. Develops reports and SOPs, trains and motivates employees, manages budgets and assets, and supports troubleshooting and process improvement. The role requires substantial territory travel, supervisory experience, equipment knowledge, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
