Trainees build sales strategy, customer service, route operations, and supervisory skills, travel ~30% for training, and must be willing to relocate into a supervisory role upon completion.

Learn and perform Route Delivery Driver duties: conduct DOT pre/post-trip inspections, safely operate trucks (under/over 26,000 lbs), unload and stock products, obtain signatures/invoices, follow DOT/FMCSA regulations, and provide excellent customer service while reporting vehicle issues.

Configure, test, and implement Salesforce and other business systems; create functional and technical specs; map business processes; support production issues and ticketing; collaborate with product owners and vendors; maintain documentation and assist end users.
