Provides executive and administrative support to the Ventures Food & Beverage and Food Service teams. Responsibilities include invoice and purchase order tracking, financial and budget reporting, scorecard and forecast updates, customer and product setup, event coordination, meeting planning, calendar and travel management, presentation and spreadsheet creation, and project support. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Drives sales growth and product distribution across assigned retail accounts. Responsibilities include merchandising and stocking products, managing inventory and orders, executing promotional and customer development programs, maintaining clean displays, and building relationships with store managers and owners. The role also coordinates with Key Account Managers, follows merchandising standards, and maintains safe driving and DOT compliance.

Learns and performs route delivery driver duties, including safely operating delivery trucks, completing DOT inspections, unloading and merchandising beverage products, servicing customer accounts, obtaining delivery documentation, and complying with company, state, federal, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.
