Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle department including pricing, inventory control, reconditioning, lease returns, marketing, desk deals, compliance paperwork, and training and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and develop the sales management and consultant teams to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets. Oversee CRM processes, inventory and ordering, lead generation, recruitment, coaching, and compliance. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance, maintain manufacturer relationships, analyze market trends, and deliver a premium Porsche ownership experience.
