Partner with dealership leadership to support sales and retention goals, monitor automotive trends, use analytics to guide decisions, and mentor the marketing team while ensuring campaigns meet performance, budget, and timeline objectives.

Sell luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles by engaging leads, scheduling appointments, conducting demonstrations, maintaining CRM records, nurturing prospective buyers, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves phone, email, chat, text, and in-person interactions, collaboration with management to finalize sales and financing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior automotive sales and customer service experience are required.

Lead and develop a luxury automotive sales team to meet manufacturer and dealership goals. Manage inventory, dealer trades, desk deals, CRM usage, marketing collaboration, and sales performance metrics while ensuring high customer service and process efficiency.

Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle department including pricing, inventory control, reconditioning, lease returns, marketing, desk deals, compliance paperwork, and training and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
