Develop and grow commercial fleet-service accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, building client relationships, forecasting sales, tracking activities in Salesforce, analyzing customer performance, and executing plans to increase revenue and retention. The role partners with area and service leadership to achieve fleet sales and operational objectives and requires frequent travel.

Lead market performance and profitability across a regional portfolio by coaching Territory Managers, directly operating select stores, driving sales and operational efficiency, managing P&L, recruiting and retaining talent, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve customer experience and execution.

Sell automotive service, repair, and tire solutions to fleet clients within an assigned territory. Prospect and sign new fleet accounts, grow existing accounts, provide sales forecasts and activity reporting in Salesforce, partner with area teams, and deliver superior customer service to meet revenue and retention goals.
