Oversee up to 15 automotive service centers, leading Store Managers to achieve sales growth, profitability, EBITDA, operational excellence, staffing, and customer experience goals. Visit locations frequently to coach managers, resolve issues, monitor P&L and labor performance, enforce company and safety standards, and develop high-performing teams. The role requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory and strong multi-unit leadership capabilities.

Oversee up to 15 service centers in the Birmingham territory through Store Managers. Drive sales growth, profitability, P&L and EBITDA performance, staffing, coaching, customer experience, compliance, and operational excellence. Visit locations frequently to assess performance, resolve issues, and develop managers. Partner with HR, Market Leadership, and corporate teams to support store success. Requires regular driving and frequent travel across the territory.
