Drive revenue by building and managing a local client portfolio through inside and outside sales, cold-calling, client visits, networking, and proposals. Collaborate with recruiters to meet client needs, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and meet activity KPIs and budget goals. Use consultative selling to cultivate relationships with decision-makers and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.

Provide front-desk and kiosk applicant support, process applications/I-9/W-4 forms, conduct screening and orientations, manage payroll input, maintain Avionte records, visit client sites, resolve staffing issues, coach employees, and assist with cross-functional coverage and continuous improvement.
