Configure and optimize Salesforce, develop automated Flows, troubleshoot integrations and data discrepancies, improve data quality, and translate business requirements into functional solutions. The role supports APIs, webhooks, payment and billing workflows, UAT, deployments, documentation, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with Finance, Membership, Education, and other stakeholders.

Develop and maintain competency-based training and assessment resources for an Australian RTO. Create assessment tools, marking guides, and competency mapping documents; support validation, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement under the Standards for RTOs 2025. Manage LMS content, develop SCORM-compliant e-learning, identify compliance risks, and collaborate with trainers and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Coordinate education and product development projects by managing ClickUp workflows, tasks, dependencies, milestones, timelines, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder communications. Maintain SOPs and process documentation, provide project reporting, support ticket management, assist teams with ClickUp, and recommend workflow improvements. The role requires experience in project coordination, vocational education, registered training organizations, and education product development.
