Support the Client Services team by processing intakes, determining eligibility, maintaining client records, providing customer service via phone/email/in-person, assisting with team tasking and metrics, conducting outreach, and making internal and external referrals.

Performs general residential home repair and remodeling tasks (carpentry, drywall, tile, minor electrical/plumbing, roofing, concrete, painting, insulation). Follows work orders and safety procedures, diagnoses repairs, coordinates with clients and subcontractors, maintains tools/equipment, completes electronic recordkeeping, and works independently and as part of a team to meet time and budget constraints.

Performs home repairs across plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, and roofing (specialize in one, proficient in at least three). Diagnose and troubleshoot, meet time and budget estimates, develop staff technical skills, maintain accurate job records and tools, follow safety procedures, and perform other assigned duties.
