Supports the organization’s financial operations through accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash transaction processing, billing, payment processing, and bank and credit card reconciliations. The role ensures accurate and timely transaction recording, assists internal departments and auditors, and applies fund accounting and financial reporting knowledge. This full-time position works Monday through Friday and reports to the Accounting Manager for Financial Operations.

Develops lending opportunities in underserved communities, guides small-business applicants, evaluates creditworthiness, structures and closes loans, prepares credit memorandums, and manages borrower relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. Provides technical assistance, monitors portfolio health, supports repayment solutions, maintains accurate records, and assists with reporting and community outreach. The role requires strong financial analysis, communication, networking, relationship-management, organizational, and compliance skills, with routine regional travel and occasional evening or weekend work.

This is a fully remote role requiring occasional regional travel and community engagement.
