Designs, builds, tests, and maintains scalable data pipelines and frameworks using Azure services, Databricks, Python, and PySpark. The role administers and improves the data platform, supports batch operations, develops ETL/ELT solutions, ensures automated testing and documentation, and provides technical mentorship. It also involves stakeholder collaboration, exploratory data analysis, solution design, and delivery through Azure DevOps, Git, and Azure Pipelines.

Leads the Integration, DevOps and Environments team, overseeing integration solution design, development, infrastructure, testing and operational reliability. Builds a high-performing team, provides technical leadership, manages stakeholder and vendor relationships, monitors risk and performance, and drives continuous improvement. Requires experience with integration technologies, API management, software development methodologies, integration architecture, Agile practices and troubleshooting complex integration issues. MuleSoft, OpenShift and containerization experience are highly regarded.

Lead the Regulatory Strategy team and develop regulatory strategy, engagement frameworks, and compliance practices. Oversee regulatory change, advise on transformation and integration programs, strengthen risk management, engage with APRA and industry forums, and embed regulatory obligations across the bank. The role also includes leading a high-performing team, developing compliance capability, and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
