Supports vulnerable members, applies ePayments Code and Visa scheme rules, provides subject matter expertise to investigators and financial crimes teams, and contributes to fraud-loss reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports lifecycle and direct marketing campaigns from briefing and copywriting through implementation, optimization, and reporting. Builds member communications and automated customer journeys, collaborates with stakeholders and data teams on segmentation and targeting, maintains brand tone and compliance, and uses campaign performance insights to improve retention and growth.
