Manages the IT and Security team, including helpdesk workflows, project roadmaps, compliance automation, access management, authentication standards, disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and enterprise system rollouts. Partners with product, engineering, and business leaders on security initiatives and complex technical changes. Maintains audit-ready security processes while overseeing remote IT operations, cloud security, identity tools, and technology spend.

Manage Salesforce administration, data quality, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and user support for the revenue organization. Partner with Finance and Revenue leadership to reconcile ARR and revenue reporting, support revenue tools including CPQ, improve processes, and analyze deal structures, expansions, renewals, and other revenue-impacting changes. The role also handles ad hoc analytical projects and documentation in a startup environment.

Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed web-crawling and data ingestion systems. Improve throughput, reliability, observability, and data quality. Develop backend services for job orchestration and asynchronous workloads, partner with product teams to create data products, and mentor teammates on domain-specific acquisition techniques.
