Leads regional marketing for medical device products across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC. Responsibilities include product commercialization, launch strategy, customer and field support, conference management, promotional content, market and competitive analysis, product training, sales enablement, and market research. The role also supervises staff, manages event budgets, collaborates cross-functionally, and communicates with physicians, sales teams, distributors, and global marketing stakeholders.

Develop and implement quality system elements for electronic/medical device products. Support product qualification, testing/inspection methods, failure analysis, audits, and QMS compliance while interfacing with engineering, suppliers, and customers.

Process domestic and international shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, receipts, lot-control records, shipment logs, and material traceability. Perform cycle counts, issue materials to production, prepare shipment reports, build pallets, and coordinate sterilization-facility shipments. The role operates across shipping, receiving, warehouse, and cleanroom environments and requires computer proficiency, communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
