Support Penumbra's growth in Colombia by executing field medical visits, organizing hands-on sessions and product trainings with distributors and healthcare professionals, driving product launches and adoption, gathering market intelligence, and managing/training distributor staff to align with commercial and clinical strategies.

Deploy and operationalize AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments. Support end-to-end implementation, CI/CD pipelines, containerized cloud deployments, integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions and transition them to operations/support teams.

Lead enterprise analytics, integration, and application development strategy, overseeing data governance, architecture, middleware, and AI/ML solutions. Partner with business leaders to deliver analytics, integrations (SAP, Salesforce), and scalable applications, build high-performing teams, ensure compliance with QMS and regulated-environment requirements, and drive innovation through data-driven insights and automation.
