Execute general and cost accounting processes for manufacturing finance, support month-end close, local accounts payable, and fixed asset management. Analyze production costs and inventory transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting, policy compliance, and manufacturing cost control. Drive reporting automation and continuous process improvement.

Maintains accounts receivable ledgers by posting customer payments, managing collections, resolving discrepancies, preparing reconciliations and reports, and assessing account collectability. The role supports monthly general ledger close, prepares customer and vendor documentation, coordinates with sales and customer service, and follows quality, security, privacy, and compliance procedures. This temporary, on-site position requires accurate financial recordkeeping, communication, and use of standard office software.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise management on contracting, compliance, and data privacy/security; coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, IT, Quality, and Finance; improve contract templates and playbooks; manage and develop legal staff; ensure adherence to QMS and applicable regulatory standards.
