Acts as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Partners with Legal and HR teams, analyzes workforce metrics, leads complex HR initiatives, facilitates training, supports benefits and leave processes, and promotes an inclusive culture. The role requires strong HR expertise, HRIS experience, project leadership, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Develops and executes marketing strategies for medical device products, supporting commercialization, product launches, market research, customer and field support, competitive analysis, product positioning, training, sales tools, and global marketing collaboration. The role works closely with physician customers, sales teams, and cross-functional launch groups while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Supports marketing programs for neuro fellows and medical societies across the U.S. and Canada. Coordinates events, communications, materials, contracts, timelines, customer engagement, speaker and KOL relationships, field support, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensures marketing activities comply with company quality systems, privacy, security, and applicable laws. The role is Alameda-based, requires 50% or more business travel, and includes work in cath labs or operating rooms.
