Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. Manages front desk operations, visitor and badge control, record keeping, and general administrative support for the Facilities/Site Services team. Maintains a professional and welcoming environment while coordinating multiple priorities and communicating effectively in English.

Leads the design and development of new medical devices, including researching technologies, developing prototypes, conducting testing, evaluating performance, interpreting results, documenting recommendations, and supporting implementation. Collaborates with project teams and vendors, provides technical support, trains personnel, and ensures compliance with quality management systems and applicable regulations.

Manages sales growth and customer satisfaction for neurovascular medical devices within an assigned territory. Develops relationships with hospitals, physicians, laboratory staff, purchasing teams, and prospective customers; secures orders; supports product use; monitors inventory and market trends; attends trade shows; maintains sales records; and follows quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role requires up to 50% business travel, occasional on-call availability, and work in office, laboratory, and cleanroom environments.
