Leads Pentland Brands’ global analytics strategy, roadmap, governance, semantic layer, AI-enabled analytics, and scalable insight delivery. Manages a team of data and visualization analysts while partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing. Translates business challenges into analytical solutions, establishes standards and KPIs, supports data-driven decision-making, and drives process improvement, change adoption, and responsible use of AI.

Support and maintain finance systems (SAP FI/CO, Concur); deliver project tasks; implement and test system changes; manage integrations (IDoc, EDI, bank lockbox); support month- and year-end processes; identify improvements and mitigate risks; provide user support and documentation.

Supports swimwear designers throughout the product lifecycle by researching trends, developing color palettes and mood boards, creating technical sketches and tech packs, sourcing materials, tracking samples, and assisting with fittings and design updates. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and product development teams, including producing documentation in English and Chinese while meeting brand, quality, and timeline requirements.
