Leads global internal communications and employee engagement strategy across Pentland Brands. Advises the CEO and senior leaders, develops executive and change communications, manages storytelling, events, digital channels and internal campaigns, and supports corporate communications. Oversees measurement, analytics and continuous improvement while partnering with HR and brand teams. Manages and develops a Communications Executive and champions effective use of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled communication tools.

Maintains inventory accuracy across 3PL warehouses and SAP, reconciles discrepancies, investigates failed transactions and system integrations, and resolves root causes. Partners with 3PL providers, Logistics, IT, and internal teams on inventory controls, fulfillment reliability, system testing, implementations, and process improvements. Develops KPIs, exception reporting, reconciliation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and standard work while supporting warehouse process changes and continuous improvement.

Lead day-to-day Adobe AEM DAM operations and platform administration, troubleshoot workflows and integrations, plan and execute upgrades/patches, monitor performance and logs, support UAT and regression testing, and act as technical liaison with stakeholders and Adobe to stabilize, optimise and evolve a legacy AEM implementation.
