Support project coordination by tracking tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and progress; updating project trackers, reports, and documentation; coordinating across teams; attending meetings and recording action items; following up on pending work; escalating delays or issues; and assisting project managers with daily coordination activities.

Support the CEO with business development and executive assistance: identify and qualify leads, manage client outreach and meetings, prepare presentations and proposals, maintain CRM records, and coordinate opportunities with internal teams while providing regular summaries and follow-up until opportunities progress or close.

Lead and execute business growth strategy: generate leads, promote services, maintain client relationships, monitor sales performance, review contracts, train and coach sales staff, and track invoices.
