Prospect, qualify, and re-engage accounts for pool sales; conduct market research; build initial relationships via multi-channel outreach; advance leads to sales; collaborate with Marketing; and maintain Salesforce CRM data to support pipeline and revenue growth.

Support design, development, and improvement of electro-mechanical components and systems for commercial ice machines. Create and update 3D models, assemblies, and drawings; collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; participate in testing, validation, root-cause analysis, and maintain engineering documentation and BOMs.

Create and maintain production schedules for assigned manufacturing cells, balancing inventory, capacity, lead times and customer demand. Monitor progress, expedite components, coordinate with purchasing, engineering and customer service, identify recurring issues and implement solutions. Use SAP/MRP and Excel tools to analyze data and keep records current.
