Manage and grow OEM and distributor accounts across the U.S.; develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, unit growth, retention, and new business. Partner with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams; provide forecasts, pipeline updates, pricing input, and market feedback. Represent Pentair at meetings, trade shows, and business reviews.

Lead North America sales and key account teams for Agriculture OEM and related markets. Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and commercial playbooks; use SFDC and Power BI to drive growth; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage distribution and complex negotiations, coach the sales organization, and travel ~50%.

Provides technical application engineering support for pump products, including specification review, hydraulic calculations, custom quotations, product sizing, cost estimates, system design, and field troubleshooting. The role supports manufacturing issue resolution, vendor quoting, design improvements, special-order concepts, and pump selection submittals while collaborating with customers, distributors, OEMs, sales, and manufacturing.
