As a CPQ Specialist, you will maintain and enhance the CPQ environment, develop product modeling logic, update pricing rules, manage document generation, and ensure approval workflows function correctly.

Support daily production operations and drive manufacturing process improvements through automation, line balancing, tooling and ergonomic design, and lean methodologies. Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives (PFMEA, PPAP, control plans), develop production documentation, analyze process capability, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with production and engineering for new product introductions and operational excellence.

Create and maintain service and product documentation (installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, parts manuals). Work with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to translate engineering data into clear written and visual instructions, produce diagrams/photos, support NPI, and publish content for print and web.
