Provides CFD, hydraulics, and mechanical engineering support for pump and turbomachinery products. Performs simulation, hydraulic design, root-cause analysis, product testing, prototyping, design optimization, and validation across the NPD lifecycle. Develops CAD concepts, test plans, and engineering recommendations while considering manufacturability, reliability, cost, and performance. Collaborates cross-functionally on product issue resolution, value engineering, sustaining engineering, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for new product development and project management, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and chain-account customers to create innovative products using technology while achieving competitive costs.

Three-year rotational engineering leadership program for recent Computer Science or Computer Engineering graduates. Participants complete three 12-month assignments across areas such as software, embedded systems, controls, automation, connected products, product development, and sustaining engineering. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, cross-functional projects, and potential relocation across U.S. locations.
