Develop and execute global EPC sales strategies for Pentair’s water solutions in oil and gas, petrochemical, midstream, downstream, and chemical processing markets. Grow revenue, acquire customers, manage strategic accounts, support bids and negotiations, evaluate customer requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, track pipelines and forecasts, and strengthen EPC sales capabilities. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel.

Lead new product introduction from design transfer through full-scale production. Drive manufacturability, pilot builds, production ramp-up, scalable processes, line layouts, Lean improvements, cycle-time reduction, PFMEA, tooling, and manufacturing equipment deployment. Collaborate with design, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to meet cost, quality, delivery, and capacity goals while sustaining project results.

Three-year rotational engineering leadership program for recent Computer Science or Computer Engineering graduates. Participants complete three 12-month assignments across areas such as software, embedded systems, controls, automation, connected products, product development, and sustaining engineering. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, cross-functional projects, and potential relocation across U.S. locations.
