Supports real-time media monitoring, stakeholder insight analysis, data preparation, alerts, briefings, and client reports. Responsibilities include tracking news across platforms, creating Excel pivot tables, updating charts and graphics, interpreting reputation-risk scoring, conducting research, and translating data into clear narratives. The intern collaborates with analysts to identify trends and emerging risks while developing analytical, writing, and business intelligence skills.

Design and produce creative assets for digital, print, OOH, and interactive campaigns. Maintain high design standards, versioning, QA/proofing, and collaborate with teams to align designs with client strategy. Support motion and interactive deliverables and manage multiple priorities under direction of the creative director.

Supports firm partners by managing calendars, prioritizing schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing client and business development materials, tracking expenses and budgets, maintaining Salesforce data, organizing networking opportunities, and handling confidential information. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, and effective use of AI and emerging technologies to improve executive support.
