Support branch operations and profitability by managing accounts receivable, fleet licensing/permits, billing, and process analyses. Coordinate vendor services, maintain personnel/payroll records, support hiring paperwork, and partner with Fleet and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes using systems like Qlikview and AS400.

Provide frontline support and escalation for Transportation Support Services (TSS) associates, mentor and train staff, monitor workload and quality, handle customer follow-up by phone and email, assist management with scheduling and task assignments, and perform TSS duties as needed.

Support warehouse office operations by processing and verifying vendor invoices and payments, maintaining financial records in AS400, managing vendor/customer billing and collections, generating and submitting invoices, reconciling accounts receivable in SAP, investigating billing discrepancies, and ensuring transaction accuracy and confidentiality.
