Leads the full post-sales lifecycle for Digital Fleet enterprise customers, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, expansion, and support. Builds and scales the Customer Success organization, processes, playbooks, health scoring, and engagement models. Owns customer and revenue outcomes such as NRR, GRR, customer lifetime value, and satisfaction while managing strategic accounts.
