Lead daily logistics operations and supervise hourly workforce and drivers. Manage scheduling, loading/unloading, dispatch, customer service, safety, inventory control, productivity, and cost objectives. Hire, train, counsel, and enforce policies; support continuous improvement and asset utilization.

Perform logistics analysis and engineering for transportation and warehouse design. Design, develop, implement, and maintain supply chain solutions and software. Support proposals, create documentation and presentations, participate in process improvement, and work with customers and cross-functional teams to meet financial and operational goals.

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and digital learning experiences using learning science and technology. Manage projects, collaborate with SMEs, perform needs analyses, create multimedia/SCORM content, administer learning platforms, analyze learning data, and ensure technical accuracy and high transfer of learning.
