Provide administrative leadership for the Nursing Department, managing programs, faculty and adjunct hiring, curriculum and accreditation, budgeting, student advising, planning and assessment, community partnerships, and college committee service.

Administer and process major and optional employee benefit programs, assist with retirement submissions and options, serve as HIPAA privacy officer, conduct benefit orientation and enrollments, manage leave payouts and transfers, liaise with Florida Division of Retirement, maintain HCM benefit records, and support the HR Director with projects and requests.

Provide leadership and administrative oversight for Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences departments; supervise department heads; manage General Education program, accreditation compliance, strategic planning, budgeting, program development, assessment, and data-driven program improvement; support recruitment, enrollment, retention, and completion initiatives.
