Recruits prospective students to increase college enrollment through targeted initiatives, community and institutional partnerships, event representation, and admissions advising. Builds relationships with students, families, schools, businesses, military organizations, and diverse communities. Provides prospect follow-up and onboarding support. Requires occasional travel and evening or weekend commitments.

Supports institutional research through data reporting, analytics, database and report maintenance, data requests, and state and federal submissions. Develops and validates reports, resolves data issues, and provides analytical and technical support for surveys, accreditation, grants, and strategic initiatives. Collaborates with college departments to ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance.

Coordinates college payroll operations, maintains employee payroll records, reconciles labor distributions and payroll accounts, processes tax and retirement reports, prepares journal entries and budget amendments, and supports employees and supervisors with pay and timekeeping issues. The role also manages faculty and adjunct contracts, collaborates with Human Resources on payroll changes, and ensures accurate, timely compliance with payroll procedures.
