As a Site Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily operations of Patient Welcome Teams, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and compliance with health and safety standards while driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Greet and welcome patients, support safe patient flow, record patient observations and vitals, keep reception areas safe and welcoming, use empathy and de-escalation skills, escalate urgent in-person concerns, and support clinical teams. Work rota-based shifts including opening and closing the practice and use IT systems to maintain accurate patient information.

Provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care across a network of six practices. Work with a multidisciplinary team using EMIS, T-Quest and Pathlinks, with reduced on-call duties, fewer home visits and lower admin. Participate in protected learning, clinical meetings, and opportunities for training or leadership while benefiting from robust back-office support and planned flexible scheduling.
