Provide outreach and consumer assistance for the KYNECT health insurance portal: educate the public, explain plan options and costs, facilitate Qualified Health Plan selection, maintain records, make referrals for grievances, and deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate information. Participate in required training and maintain program expertise.

Deliver prepared meals to customers on schedule, follow assigned routes, ensure food safety and quality, collect payments or obtain signatures, communicate with dispatch and customers, maintain delivery equipment, and report issues. Works under a delivery supervisor or operations manager to support timely, accurate meal distribution.

Provide in-home homemaking and personal care services per the clients Request for Services and Kentucky regulations, including meal preparation, household care, errands, recordkeeping, reporting client changes, attending trainings, and following supervisor directions.
