Deliver prepared meals to customers on schedule, follow assigned routes, ensure food safety and quality, collect payments or obtain signatures, communicate with dispatch and customers, maintain delivery equipment, and report issues. Works under a delivery supervisor or operations manager to support timely, accurate meal distribution.

Provide in-home homemaking and personal care services per the clients Request for Services and Kentucky regulations, including meal preparation, household care, errands, recordkeeping, reporting client changes, attending trainings, and following supervisor directions.

Assist consumers with understanding insurance options, subsidies, eligibility, and plan benefits; facilitate Qualified Health Plan selection; conduct public education; provide culturally appropriate information, referrals, recordkeeping, and maintain program certification and enrollment expertise.
