Lead fundraising and community engagement across the Maritimes by cultivating donors, coordinating volunteers and events, managing donor records and gift processing, supporting campaigns and stewardship, and reporting progress to senior leadership. Requires relationship-building, outreach with Masjids and community groups, program coordination, occasional evenings/weekends, and travel across Atlantic provinces (~30%).

Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive donor acquisition, retention, and revenue. Manage and coach the marketing team, set KPIs, optimize campaigns (paid, organic, email, SMS, web), oversee website and conversion, and align with fundraising and leadership.
