Support the Certification Review Team with administrative and client services, perform data entry and database maintenance, assist certification staff, complete limited technical review tasks (product/label reviews, intake, annual updates), communicate with clients about USDA NOP compliance, and ensure timely completion of assigned workloads.

Review certification applications, inspection reports, and supporting documents to determine USDA organic compliance; communicate with clients; draft compliance findings and enforcement actions; maintain certification records and forms; support policy, audits, and accreditation visits; serve as primary client contact and provide evaluative feedback on inspectors.
