Candidates need a civil engineering degree, 8+ years of engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. A PE license, federal design experience, and proficiency with civil engineering and project management software are preferred.

Leads water and wastewater engineering projects focused on treatment and conveyance. Responsibilities include hydraulic modeling, facility design, permitting, technical reports, cost estimates, specifications, project management, client coordination, construction administration, field visits, and staff mentorship. The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, and a PE license or the ability to obtain one within six months.
