Owns end-to-end development, maintenance, debugging, optimization, and support of AS400 core banking and lending applications. Develops RPGLE and CLLE programs, SQL queries, batch jobs, schedules, and DB2/400 objects. Collaborates with business analysts, QA, and technical teams to implement banking requirements, regulatory changes, enhancements, and defect resolutions.

Leads the strategic vision, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities. Oversees technical teams, model scalability, MLOps, compliance, risk management, and multiple project deliveries. Partners with product, engineering, business development, clients, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into low-code/no-code and pro-code platforms. Requires strong expertise in machine learning, data analysis, NLP, GenAI, cloud platforms, and technical leadership, preferably within banking or financial services.

Leads the presales function supporting sales and business development across client acquisition, revenue growth, and international pursuits. Responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, responding to RFPs and RFIs, preparing solutions and proposals, coordinating technical and commercial responses, leading discovery workshops and demonstrations, presenting to CXOs, developing marketing collateral, creating thought leadership content, and mentoring junior presales staff.
