Supports the design, fabrication, and testing of mechanical fixtures for battery pack assembly research. Creates 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings; develops fixture concepts; performs fit checks and evaluates alignment, rigidity, and repeatability; and documents design iterations, test results, and engineering changes.

Provides administrative, logistical, financial, and program support for an NSF-supported research center. Responsibilities include managing correspondence and calendars, coordinating meetings, travel, conferences, workshops, purchasing, reimbursements, budgets, records, reports, communications, websites, onboarding, and confidential information. The role serves as a primary administrative contact for leadership, researchers, students, visitors, and external collaborators in a fully in-person university research environment.

Supports Graduate Enrollment Services by serving as a liaison for students, faculty, staff, applicants, and external contacts. Responsibilities include answering enrollment inquiries, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and email, processing transcripts and test scores, scanning confidential documents, developing office procedures, and performing data entry. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
