Supports media campaign execution, delivery, quality assurance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance reporting across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels. Ensures accurate delivery of sports scores, statistics, odds, news, listings, and results. Provides user support, monitors application alerts, conducts QA for new leagues and features, performs data entry, and escalates urgent issues. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
