Processes escrow tax and insurance payments, completes annual escrow and PMI analyses, tracks insurance requirements, facilitates PMI releases, handles loan transactions, responds to customers, supports policy updates, and participates in audits and quality control. The role requires compliance with RESPA, flood regulations, and banking policies while coordinating with borrowers, tax collectors, insurance agents, branches, lending teams, and management.

Supervise Customer Success and Business Development specialists, manage escalations and account retention, administer Salesforce, Zoom Contact Center, online account opening and chat platforms, ensure compliance with banking regulations (BSA/AML), train and coach team members, compile call analytics and KPIs, and support Deposit Operations and technology road map execution.

Lead a credit team to underwrite and approve complex commercial loans, prepare credit memoranda, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, coach analysts, manage workflows, and collaborate with lenders and loan operations to support timely loan originations, renewals, and modifications.
