Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and operating-system issues, documenting interactions and resolutions in a CRM, escalating tickets, collaborating with internal teams, and managing client expectations. The role requires strong communication, logical problem-solving, process adherence, and the ability to learn new applications and workflows quickly.

Drive enterprise sales growth across the UAE and GCC by identifying prospects, building pipelines, developing executive relationships, and closing new business. Lead the full sales cycle, deliver presentations and demonstrations, coordinate proposals and RFP responses, maintain CRM forecasts, and collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams. The role focuses on selling software, cybersecurity, analytics, data intelligence, and AI solutions to government and large enterprise customers.

Build and own production-grade AI features end-to-end, including agent orchestration, backend services, APIs, AI integrations, and frontend experiences. Use agentic coding tools, integrate LLMs with structured outputs and tool calling, develop retrieval capabilities, and connect reliable UI and backend workflows. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while applying sound engineering judgment, testing, monitoring, and production standards.
