The Office Manager/PA will assist Senior Management by managing diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, organizing events, and overseeing office management tasks.

The Junior Cargo Trader is responsible for procuring marine fuels, establishing relationships with suppliers, analyzing market conditions, and ensuring competitive supply while managing risks.

Own and deliver operations KPI reporting for costs, customs, and asset efficiency. Control operational cost reporting, ensure customs compliance and documentation, track contractual milestones, analyze and negotiate operational contracts and pricing, recommend asset and logistics improvements, and propose ETRM-driven system changes to improve operations efficiency while communicating findings to stakeholders.
