Identify and develop global LNG and alternative-fuel bunkering opportunities; manage supplier and customer relationships; support traders and commercial presentations; monitor fuelled fleets, competitors, regulations, carbon-management trends, and emerging fuel projects; manage market data resources and CRM updates; and prepare reporting materials. Requires strong shipping and bunkering knowledge, analytical ability, commercial relationship-building skills, and fluent Mandarin and English.

Provides end-to-end support for business-critical applications, integrations, scheduled jobs, and data-processing activities. Investigates incidents, service requests, and recurring problems; assesses business impact; coordinates with internal teams and suppliers; and maintains stakeholder communications. Responsibilities also include root-cause analysis, release testing, knowledge management, user training, process improvement, and planned out-of-hours support across global time zones.

Supports the Financial Control Team with daily accounting activities, including journal entries, invoice processing, payment preparation, bank reconciliations, depreciation calculations, fixed asset maintenance, and AR/AP ledger management. Assists with month-end and year-end closings while ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. The role requires strong bookkeeping knowledge, attention to detail, ERP experience, and the ability to meet deadlines independently and collaboratively.
