Lead GovConnect’s LATAM expansion, owning market strategy, public-sector sales, procurement engagement, partnerships, budgets, operations, and sustainable growth. Build government and institutional pipelines, develop country-specific go-to-market plans, convert pilots into recurring contracts, and translate market feedback into product priorities. Recruit and lead teams, represent the business with stakeholders and investors, and participate in a management buy-in involving personal investment and equity participation.

Lead GovConnect’s LATAM expansion by defining market strategy, building public-sector and enterprise sales pipelines, navigating procurement processes, developing partnerships, and converting pilots into recurring contracts. Own budgets, operating priorities, commercial performance, and growth targets while translating market feedback into product priorities. Build teams, represent the company with institutions and investors, and collaborate with the LetShare Group. The role includes a management buy-in, equity participation, and potential performance-based incentives.
