Meet with members to assess and approve loans and mortgages within lending limits, provide financial counseling, open accounts, process and maintain accurate loan/mortgage documentation, handle delinquent accounts, advise on investment products, support branch staff and promotions, and perform related administrative and compliance tasks.

Meet with members to assess lending and investment needs, make lending decisions within limits, open accounts, prepare compliant loan and mortgage documentation, run credit and PPSA checks, process payments and renewals, manage delinquent accounts, and cross-sell credit union products to support member success.
