Build relationships, match appropriate services, complete compliant documentation, and promote additional member services while coordinating with Investment Solutions Specialists and branch staff.

Serve members at branch by assessing and approving loans and mortgages within discretionary limits, providing financial advice and investment referrals, completing accurate loan and account administration, and promoting cross-sell opportunities while supporting branch operations and collections processes.
