Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Performs welding, cutting, machining, fabrication, rigging, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and emergency breakdown response. Reads blueprints and technical drawings, operates material-handling equipment, documents work, follows safety procedures, and supports reliable mill operations, including occasional overtime and call-in work.

Leads Pendleton’s global and emerging sales channels, including Amazon, corporate and B2B, international markets, licensing, off-price, and closeout businesses. Owns channel revenue, profitability, forecasting, pricing, partner performance, contracts, and brand protection. Builds scalable B2B operations, identifies growth opportunities, manages licensees and agencies, and leads a small team while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Legal, IT, and Sales.

Manages wholesale customer relationships and supports sales growth across Home, Custom Blanket, and Accessory businesses. Responsibilities include prospecting, seasonal product presentations, assortment recommendations, order placement, account planning, sales performance tracking, customer issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. The role also supports trade shows, customer appointments, samples, presentations, and Custom Blanket opportunities while maintaining strong communication with wholesale partners.
