Improve AI-enabled creative systems, templates, workflows, and processes while staying current with emerging design technologies.

Own the commercial and strategic health of a portfolio of SaaS accounts, including renewals, expansion, QBRs, roadmap conversations, stakeholder relationships, and account planning. Partner with Customer Success Technical Managers to align platform delivery with account strategy. Maintain accurate client documentation and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value, retention, and revenue.
