Manages commercial construction projects from startup through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, billing, risk, quality, safety, documentation, subcontractors, clients, and project staff. Leads preconstruction activities, coordinates with superintendents and project teams, manages change orders and closeout requirements, and supports project profitability, compliance, and successful delivery.

Manage commercial construction projects end-to-end: budgets, schedules, subcontractors, QA/QC, change management, closeout, and client relations while partnering with superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Lead preconstruction operations including estimating, quantity takeoff, budgeting, cost modeling, benchmarking, procurement planning, and design management. Oversee staff, standardize workflows and unit cost databases, drive technology transformation, integrate data sources, ensure estimating accuracy, and support client-facing pursuits and presentations.
