Coordinates service requests, deliveries, vendor interactions, purchase orders, ticketing, inventory records, cycle counts, fleet tracking, and equipment maintenance while ensuring accurate billing and operational records.

Lead preconstruction operations including estimating, quantity takeoff, budgeting, cost modeling, benchmarking, procurement planning, and design management. Oversee staff, standardize workflows and unit cost databases, drive technology transformation, integrate data sources, ensure estimating accuracy, and support client-facing pursuits and presentations.

The Senior Project Engineer assists in managing construction projects, focusing on client relationships, team collaboration, budget, and timeline adherence while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
