Support project teams to deliver construction projects on time, on budget, and safely. Manage field tasks (RFIs, submittals, as-builts, daily reports, productivity tracking), assist PM with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, change management, estimating, contract scopes, and project closeout. Maintain safety, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Manage commercial construction projects end-to-end: budgets, schedules, subcontractors, QA/QC, change management, closeout, and client relations while partnering with superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding coordination, background and driving record checks, job posting management, initial phone screenings and reference checks, interview scheduling, payroll support, employee relations assistance, HR documentation, and special projects assigned by the HR Manager; maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service.
