The role manages ERP applications, ensuring effective business processes in finance and HR, vendor relations, compliance, and developing strategic roadmaps.

Deliver and maintain mission-critical infrastructure: install/configure OS and system tools, monitor systems, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, develop standards and roadmaps, script automations, ensure security/backup strategies, provide 2nd/3rd level support, mentor peers, and manage small projects.

Provide multi-channel customer service for policyholders, process basic and intermediate transactions and claims within authority, review coverages, underwrite risks within authority, and counsel customers on Property & Casualty insurance.
