The role offers a structured development system, investment platform, marketing resources, coaching, and performance-based compensation. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, confident, resilient, persuasive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable with autonomy and high accountability. Sales, business development, or client-facing experience is required; financial services experience is preferred.
