Manage and support approximately 500 Linux and Windows servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include installation, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, Kubernetes and Docker operations, automation, performance tuning, disaster recovery, documentation, incident response, and maintenance planning. The role supports 24/7 production systems through an on-call rotation, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts through complex solution selling, executive relationship development, and cross-functional account strategy. Drive revenue retention and expansion by positioning weather and environmental intelligence, cloud platforms, data architecture, and predictive insights as essential business infrastructure. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable customer value and enterprise-wide adoption. This is a remote Canada/US role requiring customer travel.

Plans, produces, presents, and edits engaging video content for television, digital platforms, and social media. The role includes live broadcasting, weather coverage, original segment development, social media content creation, trend monitoring, and occasional long-form or promotional projects. This is an on-call, on-site position in Montreal with variable hours and increased availability required during significant weather events.
